Stacked BioLabs operates this website. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Stacked BioLabs. Access to its information, tools, and services is conditional on acceptance of these terms and the policies referenced here. Browsing or buying through the site constitutes use of the service and acceptance of the terms. They apply to visitors, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors. Do not use the website or its services if you do not accept them.
Research purchases
A purchaser of research chemicals or other research products must be at least 21. The products are for research only, not for human consumption or the prevention, treatment, or cure of disease. Site information is provided for research, informational, and educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Purchasers are responsible for their use of the materials and for checking applicable city and state restrictions. We are not responsible for purchases prohibited in a purchaser’s state, and those purchases are not refundable. No liability for consequential damages is accepted in connection with a purchase, whether the asserted basis is contract, negligence, strict liability, or another theory.
1. Online use
You represent that you have reached the age of majority in your state or province, or that you are of that age and have consented to a minor dependent’s use of the site. The separate 21-year minimum applies to research-product purchases. Unlawful or unauthorized use of products or the service, including infringement of copyright law, is prohibited. Do not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A violation can immediately end your access to the service.
2. General conditions
We may decline service to anyone at any time. Content other than credit-card information may be transferred without encryption across networks or modified to meet connecting-device requirements. Credit-card information is encrypted during network transfer. Without our express written consent, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service, its use, its access, or a contact made available through the site. Headings are for navigation and do not limit these terms.
3. Information and updates
Information on the site is general material and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Consult primary, more complete, or more current sources before relying on it. You assume responsibility for reliance on the material. Historical content is supplied for reference. We may change site content without an obligation to update every item, and you are responsible for monitoring changes.
4. Prices and service changes
Prices can change without notice. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without notice. We accept no liability to you or another party for a price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
5. Products and availability
Some products or services are available only online and may have limited stock. Return and exchange eligibility is governed by the return policy. Screen displays may not accurately reproduce any product colors or images. We may restrict sales to particular persons, regions, or jurisdictions and may limit quantities case by case. Descriptions and prices may change without notice, and a product may be discontinued. Offers are void where prohibited. We do not warrant that a purchased product, service, information, or other material will meet your expectations, or that service errors will be corrected.
6. Orders, billing, and account details
We may refuse an order or limit or cancel quantities purchased by a person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders sharing an account, credit card, billing address, or delivery address, and to orders we believe are placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may try to notify you of a change or cancellation through the contact details submitted with the order. An address-change request must be made within 24 hours; otherwise the stated charge is $25. You agree to keep purchase and account details current, complete, and accurate, including contact information and payment-card details needed to complete transactions. 7. External tools
Third-party tools may be available without our monitoring or control. They are supplied as available and as is, without endorsement, representation, condition, or warranty. Use them at your own discretion and risk after reviewing their provider’s terms. We are not liable for matters arising from their use. Future site features and services are also subject to these terms.
8. Links and third-party material
The service may include third-party content, products, and links to unaffiliated websites. We do not undertake to check their content or accuracy and do not warrant, or accept responsibility for, their websites, materials, products, or services. Review the relevant provider’s policies before interacting or transacting. Complaints or questions about a third-party product should go to that provider. We are not liable for harm connected with those third-party interactions.
9. Feedback and submissions
If you send a requested submission or an unsolicited idea, suggestion, proposal, plan, or other comment, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use it in any medium without restriction. We are not required to keep it confidential, pay for it, or respond. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, objectionable, or in breach of rights or these terms, but have no duty to do so. Your submissions must respect intellectual-property, privacy, and other rights, and must not contain unlawful or abusive material or harmful code. Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading email address. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your submissions; we accept no responsibility for comments posted by you or others.

11. Errors and omissions
Descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, availability, shipping charges, and transit times may contain errors or omissions. We may correct the information, update it, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted. Unless law requires otherwise, we have no obligation to update or clarify site information. A displayed update date does not mean every item has been revised.
12. Prohibited activity
Do not use the site or its content for an unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate laws or regulations; to infringe intellectual-property rights; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate; to supply misleading information; to spread malicious code; to collect or track another person’s information; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; for an obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with security features of this service, related sites, other websites, or the Internet. A violation can result in termination of access.
13. Warranties and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, or accurate or reliable results from its use. The service may be removed for indefinite periods or cancelled without notice. You use the service, or are unable to use it, at your own risk. Except where expressly stated, the service and products are supplied as is and as available, without express or implied representations, conditions, or warranties, including merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacked BioLabs and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors are not liable for injury, loss, claims, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the service or products, including lost profit, revenue, savings, or similar loss, even if advised that such damage was possible. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, liability is limited to the greatest extent its law permits.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stacked BioLabs and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees against third-party claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms or incorporated documents, a legal violation, or infringement of another party’s rights.
15. Severability
If a provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it remains effective to the extent law permits. The unenforceable portion is severed without invalidating the remaining provisions.
16. Ending access
Obligations and liabilities arising before termination survive it. These terms remain effective until you or we terminate them. You may end them by notifying us that you no longer want the service or by stopping use of the site. If we determine or suspect that you have breached a term, we may terminate the agreement and access without notice. You remain responsible for amounts due through the termination date.
17. The agreement as a whole
A failure to enforce a right or provision does not waive it. These terms, together with posted policies and operating rules relating to the service, form the complete agreement governing its use and replace earlier agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written. Ambiguities are not to be interpreted against the party that drafted the terms.
18. Governing law
The laws of Texas, USA govern these terms and any separate agreement under which we provide services.
19. Revisions
The current terms are available on this page. We may update or replace provisions by posting revisions on the website. You are responsible for checking for changes; continued access or use after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance.
21. Returns and refunds
An item must be entirely unopened, undamaged, and in its original factory packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return. Wholesale and retail returns are barred more than 30 days after purchase. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning anything and request it within three days of receipt; for example, contact must be made by Wednesday for an order received on Monday. Accepted returns are refunded less the shipping fee and a 90% restocking fee per product. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and full-value insurance is recommended. Returned items are inspected and must be new and unused. Purchasers must check city and state restrictions before ordering, including by phone or email.
