Stacks
CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin Stack
A research stack of two separate lyophilized vials: CJC-1295 No DAC, a GHRH(1-29) analogue, and ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist — the most studied GHRH + GHS pairing. Each vial carries its own lot-matched certificate of analysis. Choose a strength and quantity for each item below, then add both to your bag together. For laboratory research use only.

Description
CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin Stack: GHRH and Ghrelin-Receptor Research Pair
This stack groups two separate vial products that are among the most frequently paired compounds in growth hormone axis research: CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29), a stabilized GHRH analogue, and ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. Choose a strength and quantity for each item below, then add both to your bag together.
This collection contains separate products, not a pre-mixed formulation. Each item keeps its own price, availability, specifications and documentation.
What’s in the stack
| Compound | Product | Amount per vial | Research class |
|---|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | CJC-1295 No DAC Vial | 5 mg or 10 mg | GHRH-receptor agonist, tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29) |
| Ipamorelin | Ipamorelin Vial | 5 mg or 10 mg | Selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist |
Why researchers pair these
CJC-1295 without DAC acts on the GHRH receptor and ipamorelin on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a): two stimulatory inputs that reach the same pituitary somatotroph cells through different intracellular signals. Researchers pair them to study how the two pathways interact, keeping a separate lot and COA for each vial.
Research background
Growth hormone release from the pituitary is controlled by two stimulatory receptors. The GHRH receptor responds to growth hormone-releasing hormone from the hypothalamus, and the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) responds to ghrelin. CJC-1295 without DAC acts on the first; ipamorelin acts on the second. Because the two pathways converge on the same somatotroph cells through different intracellular signals, researchers use this pairing to study how they interact.
CJC-1295 without DAC is a GRF(1-29) analogue with four substitutions that resist DPP-4 cleavage and other degradation, while remaining short-acting because it lacks the albumin-binding DAC linker. Ipamorelin, developed at Novo Nordisk, was described in its original 1998 paper as the first selective secretagogue because it raised growth hormone without significant increases in ACTH or cortisol in animal models.
Supplying the two as separate vials, rather than a fixed blend, lets researchers vary each compound independently and keep separate lot records. For other combinations, compare the GHRH analogues sermorelin and tesamorelin.
Documentation and lots
Because this is a collection of separate products, each item ships with its own label, lot number and certificate of analysis. Match every lot to its report in the COA & lab reports library, and record the two lots separately in your laboratory records so each result can be traced to the exact material used. If a report is missing, contact us and we’ll supply it.
A typical certificate reports purity by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and confirms identity by mass spectrometry (MS). Check that the product name, strength and lot number on each certificate match the label before recording results. Store each item according to its own label and product page.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a pre-mixed blend?
No. It is two separate vial products grouped for convenience. Each has its own strength options, lot and COA.
Why pair a GHRH analogue with a ghrelin-receptor agonist?
They act on different receptors that both stimulate growth hormone release, so studying them together helps separate and compare the two pathways.
Is this product for human use?
No. Both items are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. Grouping products does not establish compatibility or combined effects. See our RUO policy.
